Comfort Inn Plainwell

I loved how comfortable the bed was and how the room looked so clean. The delicious breakfast readily available until 10 AM (a plus!) and the super friendly staff.

I would have given this a perfect 10, but the day of our checkout we found a men's underwear tucked behind the bed. From my view it looked like my newborn's clothing so I picked it up but we were shocked that it wasn't even ours.

Location just off other conveniences as well as a Big Boy restaurant with other dining options. Also, close to Bittersweet ski area.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, indoor pool, and great fitness center. The staff was helpful with local information during my first stay. Highly recommend the Beautiful King room! Coming back for Christmas.

We were surprised that there wasn't a mini frig or micro wave in the room.

Nice room clean room and bathroom. Our stay was pleasent. Restaurant close by.

Difficult to get access Internet

Overall, I enjoyed this motel. The hot breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were very nice, but the best thing was their beds and bedding. I got a very good nights sleep on mine.

We had problems with our toilet flushing correctly, and both the wash basin and tub drained very slowly. Maintenance took care of most items to our satisfaction. After staying there for three nights, I felt I overpaid for this accommodation.

Great hotel, it was clean and the staff were friendly.

My only suggestion to improve the stay would be to upgrade the coffee. I think boiled shoe leather would have tasted better. But, it is a hotel and not a coffee shop.

Pool, fitness room

Refrigerator needs to be in every room also couldn't believe you can't accept cash and charge a 50.00 deposit . I had no problem giving you deposit but had planned on paying cash for room told had no choice

It was all ok but there were a few things might need improvement!

Beds to hard, I booked a room on bottom floor when we got there I was told there were none available what could I do I couldn't leave, I had knee surgery walking up a stairway wasn't what I had planned doing!

A barking dog for 2 nights and I did complain but it didn't help

The front desk staff welcomed us with smiles and helpful tips. The queen room was immaculate and had a fresh, updated feel.

Limited dining options were available on-site.

The only thing I would change is to have an elevator and to keep loud guests quiter. We were awakened around 1130 by loud yelling in the hallway.

The kitchenette off the lobby was always clean and well-organized. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep after a long day. The breakfast room was cramped and often ran out of food, disappointing. Noise from other guests, especially children, made it hard to relax.
